开斋节假期通告

因开斋节假期关系，HASTE 客服团队将于 3月20日（星期五）至 3月23日（星期一） 休假 4 天。

期间客服服务、充值服务、代付服务以及人民币兑换服务将暂停。

所有服务将于 3月24日（星期二） 恢复正常运作。

中国仓库以及其他国家仓库在假期期间仍会照常签收包裹及处理货物，如有任何安排调整将另行通知。

Notice

Hari Raya Holiday Notice

Due to the Hari Raya holiday, HASTE customer service team will be on holiday from 20 March (Friday) to 23 March (Monday).

Customer service, account top-up service, payment service and RMB exchange services will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

All services will resume on 24 March (Tuesday).

Our China warehouses and other overseas warehouses will continue to receive and process parcels as usual. Any further updates will be announced if necessary.
